Navdurga Clothing Exports is a leading Indian garment manufacturer that produces top-quality, ready-to-wear  apparel. For more than 25 years, we have been leaders in this industry, offering a broad range of product mixes that allow us to create diverse design narratives for a local client base. At present, we specialise in manufacturing top quality formal shirts like Linen and Giza Cotton and selling it across Pan India. 

Through a wide range of techniques and value additions, we have managed to stay ahead of the curve. We have now narrowed our focus to meet market demand, and our primary area of expertise lies in manufacturing formal men's shirts. Our state-of-the-art factory, which is home to over 89 machines with a combined capacity of producing 300,000 pieces annually, has helped us achieve an enviable record of timely production, delivery, and supply of apparel.

Planning

Our state-of-the-art apparel manufacturing factories have an overall installed capacity of over 4,00,000 pieces per annum. We are committed to delivering products on time without compromising on detail, thanks to superior technology, the latest machinery, and a skilled workforce that enables us to balance both volume and fine detail.

Development

Our range of fabrics includes poplin, Twill, Satin, Piece dyed, and yarn-dyed, mainly in 100% cotton. We have the flexibility and technology to handle both basic and value-added styles with equal ease, including embroidery and prints. In addition to many finishes on these fabrics, we also work with modern technologies of Quality Checking to offer the best-finished products to our customers.

Execution

As a men's formal shirt manufacturer and previously exporter in India, we have broad product mix capabilities that enable us to execute a range of design stories for our Indian cliental. We use world-class apparel manufacturing machinery and equipment, including Brother single needle sewing machines, programmable and UBTs, and specialised equipment for a variety of processes, such as those from premium brands like Brother, Sunstar, Eastman, Pegasus, Kansai, Hashima, Yamato, Wastema, Kanniegieser, Veit Ngai Shing, and Ramsons, to ensure a perfect finish.
